路面混凝土混合物的造壳技术

摘    要:路面水泥混凝土通常是按砂、石、水泥、水一次投料的搅拌工艺制备的,其质量容易波动。为此提出将砂、石表面以水泥浆为外壳包起来的造壳搅拌方法,路面混凝土分次投料搅拌造壳技术,可改善水泥的分散性,可显著提高混凝土质量和耐久性,改变了我国水泥混凝土路面传统的拌合物一次投料的落后工艺。通过应用证明,裹沙石法造壳技中提高混凝土强度10%-20%,在保证路面混凝土质量前提下,节约水泥用量5%-10%,工艺简单易行。造壳技术;改善水泥的分散性,使混凝土的质量与耐久性得到显著的提高。

Abstract:The pavement cement concrete is usually prepared by sand, stone, cement, water, feed mixing process, the quality fluctuates easily. This paper proposed shell making method that sand and stone surface water slurry made up for the shell bag, road concrete mix feed graded shell technology can improve the dispersion of cement, carl significantly improve the quality and durability of concrete, change the backward process of our country cement concrete pavement traditional feed mixture. Through the application of proven technology, wrapped in the shell gravel method could improve concrete strength of 10% -20% in the premise of ensuring the quality of concrete pavement, saving 5% -10% of cement consumption, which is a simple technique. Made shell technology has improved the dispersion of cement, so that the quality and durability of concrete are improved significantly.
