河北上市公司绩效的实证研究

本文通过封河北省上市公司的盈利能力、成长能力、偿债能力和资产管理能力现状追行实证研究，得出该省上市公司存在发展速度明显减缓、再融资能力弱、後备力量缺乏、净利润成长性差、公司治理存在弊端等结论，并封其原因进行了简要分析。

Empirical research on the performance of listed companies in Hebei

Based on the empirical research on the present situation about the profit ability, the growth ability, liquidity and asset control ability of listed companies in Hebei, this paper draws a conclusion that the listed companies in Hebei develop more slowly, its refinancing ability is weaker, it is short of reserve strength, its net profit has no growth ability, it has disadvantages on corporate management and so on. Then, this paper briefly analyzes the reasons on above problems.
