摘    要:慈善事业是一种建立在自愿和信任基础上的事业,慈善事业的成败,很大程度上取决于慈善组织的自身建设和能否取得社会公来的信任。中国慈善事业的公信度不高,严重制约着民来的捐助信心,影响着慈善事业的健康发展。本文研究适个问题的现状,追究原因,找出解决措施,解除由它带来的对慈善事业的束缚。提高慈善事业的公信度,是关系到中国慈善事业兴旺发达的根本。

Abstract:Charity is one kind of non-profit undertakings which is established in voluntary and trust. The key of its success is whether self-establishment of the charity organization is consummate and it can obtain the trust of social public or not. The public credit of charity in China is not enough. It can be a serious restriction to the confidence of donation in society, and also affect the healthy development of charity. In this paper, we will study the present situation of this problem and find out a solution. Only in this way can we get rid of the fetter of charity which it brings. Enhancing the public credit of charity is the basic question, which is regarded with the prosperous development of charity in China.
