摘    要:模糊层次分析法是基于模糊集合理论的实用层次分析法,它采用模糊一致关系去实现模糊推导,使指标因素具有动态适应性。文章讨论了模糊层次分析法的原理和计算步骤,并运用该方法建立了既有桥梁加固方案的多层次多目标优选模型,提出了考虑人为判断模糊性因素的桥梁加固方案评价新方法。结合工程实例说明比选过程,实践效果表明,该方法在桥梁加固方案的选择中具有较好的可行性及实用性,能够为既有桥梁改造方案的合理选择提供参考。

Abstract:Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is a practical analytic hierarchy process based on fuzzy-set theory. It adopts fuzzy consistent relations to realize fuzzy reasoning rule, and enable indicators to dynamic adaptation. The principles and calculation steps of FAHP were analyzed. The optimal model for multi-level and multi-objective of the existing bridge was established through FAHP. The new assessment method of bridge strengthening scheme was presented with a view to fuzzy factor of artificial determination. Finally, a project example was given to verify the choice process. The calculation results show that the method is feasible and functional in bridge strengthening scheme.
