| 摘 要： | 大学生的劳动价值观是否正确不仅影响大学生的成长、成才,同时也影响着我国培养社会主义劳动者和建设者这一教育目标的实现。本文以内蒙古财经大学学生为调查对象进行实证研究,分析大学生劳动价值观的发展现状及存在的问题,并对影响大学生劳动价值观形成的因素进行分析,进而提出加强大学生劳动价值观教育的对策建议。

| Abstract: | College students＇labor value affects not only the growth and success of college students but also the realization of the cultivation aim of socialism labors and constructors. In this paper, with the students of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as respondents, we conducts an empirical research. The purpose is to analyze the current development of college students＂ labor values, the existed problems, and the factors that affect the shaping of students＇work values. Furthermore, we put forward suggestions on how to strengthen labor values college education. |
