| 摘 要： | 地勘单位实行属地化管理和企业化经营后,经营理念的突破成了地勘经济发展,地勘单位在市场浪潮中发展壮大的关键因素。文章认为,思想观念与时俱进是地勘经济不断发展的基础;战略思路突破是地勘经济快速发展的动力;人力资源开发是地勘经济持续发展的力量源泉。文章分别就上述三个方面的具体操作问题进行了论述。
