| 摘 要： | 降低工程成本，提高经济效益是建筑施工企业管理工作的核心，企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，关切在于能否为社会提供质量高，工期短，造价低的建筑产品，因此，本重点就建筑施工企业在工程项目施工过程中如何降低工程成本做简要阐述。
