| 摘 要： | 本文以浙江省为例，利用浙江改革开放后30年的数据资料，对发达地区政府投资和民间投资进行协整建模分析，分析结果表明，发达地区政府投资和民间投资之间存在惟一的长期稳定的均衡关系，从长期来看政府投资对于民间投资具有正向的促进作用。脉冲响应分析的结果表明，无论是从短期还是长期来看，政府投资对民间投资都有正向的挤入效应，不过这种挤入效应较弱。

| Abstract: | Taking Zhejiang province as an example, the paper makes use of the data collected in 30 years since Chinese reform and opening to make a cointegration analysis of public investment and private investment. The result shows that there exists a unique, stable and long - standing equilibrious relationship between public investment and private investment. The result of impulse - response analysis also shows that not only in short - run but also in long - run, public investment has a positive crowing - in - effects on private investment. |
