| 摘 要： | 以美国加入北美自由贸易协定为时间界限，以美国与墨西哥的双边贸易数据为基础，分析了1981-2009年美国区域经济一体化政策在工业制造品方面的贸易效应。研究发现：NAFTA在为美国带来贸易创造的同时，并没有显示较强的贸易转移效应。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the trade effect of American regional economic integration policy, on its manufactured goods during 1981-2009 based on the US-Mexico bilateral trade data, which sets the time that US joining the North American Free Trade Agreement as the time limit. The research finds that NAFTA didn＇ t bring about strong trade diversion effects while brought about obvious trade creation effects. |
