对我国银行资金流动性过剩的分析

今年"两会"期间,温家宝总理在《政府工作报告》中指出"银行资金流动性过剩问题突出,引发投资增长过快,信贷投放过多的因素仍然存在。"并明确提出2007年要"继续实行稳健的货币政策,综合运用多种货币政策工具,合理调控货币信贷总量,有效缓解银行资金流动性过剩问题。"近年来,流动性过剩已成为全球性的问题,是由全球经济结构不平衡所造成的。

Liquidity Analyse Overcapacity of the Bank of Our Country

Premier Wen Jiabao delivered the report on the work of the government at the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress on March 5,2007.He pointed out that the problem of excess liquidity in the banking sys- tem is serious,and the factors causing overheated investment and excess credit still remain."We will continue to follow a prudent monetary policy.We must employ a full range of monetary policy tools to appropriately control the supply of money and credit,and effectively address the problem of excess liquidity in the banking system",he addressed explicit- ly.In recent years,excess liquidity has become a global problem,which is caused by the imbalance of the global e- conomic structure.
