摘    要:我国职业经理人由于先天性的职业教育基础不足,后天性的市场历练时间过短,以及文化背景等因素,与一些跨国公司的职业经理人相比,整体能力不够强,专业能力不够专,人文素质不够高,缺乏竞争力。提升职业经理人的职业能力主要是提升他们的职业技术能力、职业素质能力、职业态度能力、职业交往能力等等,从而更正确、更有效地去做事情,尤其要在细微之处更显得职业化、专业化。

Abstract:China's professional managers have less strength of capacity in general,less specialty ability,lower humanity quality and little competency comparing with professional managers in multinational corporations because of natural shortage of vocational education,much short term of posteriori marketing practices as well as cultural background.The main tasks of enhancing competency of professional managers focus on their vocational ability of technology,quality,attitude and intercourse in order to do right things rationally and effectively,especially displaying their more profession and specialty in details.
