| 摘 要： | 由于受全球经济不景气以及国内运力过剩、国际贸易量下降、航运企业经营成本增加等因素影响,我国航运企业出现集体亏损、航运企业流动资金紧张等困难.为解决目前航运企业面临的困境,应采取加大资产重组和企业间合作、分散企业投资、优化企业经营管理、延长航运产业链条、积极争取政府的各种振兴政策等措施

| Abstract: | Due to the global economic crisis and domestic overcapacity, lower quality of international trade, the increasing cost of shipping enterprises operating and so on, shipping enterprises face difficulties such as the collective loss and a liquidity squeeze. In order to solve the predicament of shipping enterprises are facing, the various measures should be taken such as increasing the asset restructuring and the cooperation between enterprises, decentralizing business investment, optimizing the enterprise management, extending the shipping industry chain and actively striving for the government etc. |
