| 摘 要： | 公共自行车作为低碳环保的交通工具,它在建设低碳城市、创建资源友好型社会中将会发挥重要作用。通过对率先运行的杭州公共自行车交通系统规划建设中的经验和问题进行总结分析,以期得到一定的规律和经验,为杭州市公共自行车租赁系统的完善提供建议,对我国其他城市公共自行车交通系统的建设提供借鉴。
