| 摘 要： | 分析了传统系统设施布置方法SLP直接应用于现代制造型企业中的不足。结合该类企业的特点，提出了利用仿真软件Flexsim来改进的方法，并将此方法应用到实际生产中，降低了企业物流成本，提高了生产率。

| Abstract: | The deficiency of the traditional systematic layout planning(SLP) applied to the modern manufacture enterprises is analyzed.Combining with the enterprise characteristics,the improved method using Flexsim is put forward.In addition,this method is applied to the practical production,so the enterprise logistics cost is reduced and the productivity is increased. |
