| Abstract: | Teaching and scientific research are two main functions of colleges and universities, each promoting the other. But there are also contradictions between them, especially in newly-built Undergraduate universities. Based on analysis on the aspects of orientation of university, motivation of scientific research, and current state of teaching and scientific research, this article further puts forward measures for handling relations between them. |
