| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of "Devil's Dictionary" from the perspectives of conceptual meaning,connotative meaning,stylistic meaning and affective meaning,and points out that though it is immature as a style,Devil's Dictionary,has attracted more and more attention and won much popularity.Chinese language has a tradition of several thousand years,we should treasure our culture and try to find out the wisdom entailed in it. |
