摘    要:人力资源是以知识密集型为特点的股份制商业银行重要的竞争资源,是股份制商业银行核心竞争力的内在能动因素,只有吸引并能留住大量优秀人才,股份制商业银行才能健康持续地运营。因此,提高股份制商业银行核心竞争力,需要树立以人为本的管理理念,创造有利于优秀人才脱颖而出的良好环境,建立有效的激励约束机制和科学完善的学习培训制度,培育具有凝聚力、创造性、充满工作激情和具有奉献精神的高级人力资源团队。

Abstract:Manpower resource is the important competitive resource of share - holding system commercial bank with knowledge dense type as characteristic, and is also the intrinsic dynamic factor of key competitive ability. Only share - holding system commercial banks attract and reserve plenty of excellent talents, it may operate healthily and continuously. Therefore we must set up the management concept that founds on peoples create the good environment that is helpful for excellent talent to grow up, establish the effective learning training system that encourages restraint mechanism and perfects scientifically, cultivate to have cohesive affinity and creativity s fill with working passion and present the high - grade group of manpower resource of spirit team.
