产业生态化视角下加快余杭工业转型升级的实践与思考

按照产业生态化的研究视角,从阐述产业生态化理论着手,选择了优秀的跨国企业、国外工业区、国内产业园等三个典型案例。以此为启示,研究产业园区在企业、人、技术、资本等产业生态分布,并提出余杭特别是纺织、生物医药行业在产业生态化上的初步探索。对照产业生态化要求和余杭工业存在产业集群效应不明显、产业配套体系不够健全、系统能量摄入转化效率不高、要素制约不断加剧的现状,明确整合产业链、完善产业链、健全"养分"供给机制、优化发展环境等四个方面的对策,希望推动余杭工业加快转型升级。

Ecological Perspective the Practice and Thinking About Speeding up the Yuhang Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

In this paper,according to the research perspective of industrial ecology,from the industrial ecology theory,choose the best multinational companies and foreign industrial zone,domestic industrial park and so on three typical cases.To enlightenment,the industrial park in enterprises,people,technology,capital and other industrial ecological distribution,and put forward the yuhang especially on ecological textile,biological medicine industry.Control requirements and yuhang industrial ecological industrial cluster effect is not obvious in energy intake,industrial supporting system is not perfect,system efficiency is not high,the factors restricting the rising of the status quo, a clear integration of industrial chain,improve the industrial chain,and improve the mechanism of the nutrient supply,optimize the development environment and so on four aspects of countermeasures,hope to promote yuhang industry to speed up the transformation and upgrading.
