| 摘 要： | 通过对逆向物流内涵的揭示,分析了逆向物流活动以及逆向物流成本的性质、内容及各组成要素,运用系统工程理论中的灰色关联分析法,对影响企业物流成本的各因素进行了剖析,以期能够使企业更加重视逆向物流成本管理工作,从而进一步提升企业可持续发展的能力。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we reveal the connotation of the reverse logistics,analyse the reverse logistics activities as well as the nature of reverse logistics costs,content and the elements,apply gray correlation analysis method of system engineering theory to analyze all the influence factors of business logistics cost,so as to enable enterprises to pay more attention to the management of reverse logistics cost,and to enhance the sustainable development of corporate. |
