关于加强支部班子建设的思考

支部班子建设是一个单位工作的基础,是全面贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策和团结带领群众全面建设小康社会的前沿阵地。支部班子建设的好坏,直接关系着党和政府在人民群众中的威望,那么如何加强支部班子建设,提高支部班子的凝聚力、号召力、战斗力,笔者谈些拙见。

On strengthening the construction of branch groups

The branch of a unit body construction is the basis of the work,it is the forward positions to comprehensively implement the party's line,principles and policies and to unite and lead the masses in building a moderately prosperous society. The quality of team-building branch is directly related to the party and government's prestige among themasses,then how to strengthen the team-building branch,improve the cohesion and appeal combat effectiveness of the branch ,I will show some of my opinions.
