On Establishing Stock Option of State-owned-enterprises

Stock option is an effective stimulative mechanism,therefore it is widely used in developed countries.However,stock option in China,such as“stock option of Wuhan”,has Chinese characteristics in several aspects.Moreover,due to the limit of consciousness,economics system,law,there are some obstacles in effecting and promoting the stock option in China at present.Therefore,in order to promote the development of SOE more effectively in the long run by using stock option,it is necessary for China to deepen the reform of SOE,stimulate the owners,and enact more related laws and rules.
