百年管理史的文化诠释

摘    要:20世纪的百年管理史被划分为五个阶段,即以绩效为中心的科学管理,以人本为中心的行为科学管理,以技术为中心的现代管理,以东方文化为中心的柔性管理,以及以流程整合为中心的创新管理。现代管理科学在特定的文化背景基础上随着供求矛盾的深化而演绎其全部进程。管理创新的本质是文化创新和文化革命。东方文化的现代管理使命是天人合一、追求合谐、整合资源和创新需求。

Abstract:The 20th century's management history can be divided into five phases,that is,scientific manage- ment phase center on performance,behavioral sciences management phase center on people foremost,modem management phase center on technology, flexible management phase center on cultural as well as innovation management phase center on process integration.The modem management science accomplished the proceed- ing on the basis of the deepening of the supply and demand contradiction under the specific cultural back- ground.The nature of management innovation is a kind of culture innovation,even more a kind of culture rev- olution.The modem management" s missions of the oriental culture are:man belongs to the nature;seeking the harmony;coordinating the resources;and innovating the demand.
