高职院校管理学课程案例教学中存在的问题及对策

在高职院校《管理学》课程案例中存在学生学习动力不足、教师选择管理案例拿来化、案例分析和案例点评水平低等不足,影响了案例教学的效果。为此,应引导学生主动学习、要求教师科学选择教学案例、提升老师运用案例教学法的水平、积极使用现代教学手段和综合利用其他教学方法。

Problems and Solutions of Case Teaching of Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

In higher vocational college ＂Management＂ course cases there are some shortages such as the students lack of learning motivation,teachers selecting management cases just bring,low level of case studies and case reviews and so on,which effect the case teaching. For this,we should guide students to learn actively ask teachers to choose science teaching case,enhance the level of the teacher using case teaching method and actively use modern teaching methods and comprehensively use other teaching methods.
