| 摘 要： | 对北京市就业结构的演变历程进行了分析,运用曲线回归方法探讨了就业结构变动对就业水平的影响,并通过计算就业结构变化K值对就业结构变动的速度进行了动态分析。分析结果表明,北京市就业结构日益高级化,在结构转化的过程中,就业质量得到明显改善。

| Abstract: | This paper casts an analysis to the evolution of employment structure in Beijing and studies by curvilinear regression the impacts arising from the employment structural change on the employment level.A dynamic analysis on the speed of employment structure change is made via calculating the K value thereof.The findings indicate that the employment structure in Beijing today has been upgraded and employment quality is witnessing an apparent improvement in the course of structural transformation. |
