| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了我国目前冷藏运输市场状况，然后通过对我国冷藏运输技术的现状进行分析，指出了我国保鲜技术、冷藏设备研究方面存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题从我国的实际情况出发，提出了发展我国冷藏运输技术研究的有关对策。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the market of refrigerated-transport in China firstly. Then,existing major problems are pointed to technology of fresh maintaining and the equipment of refrigerated-transport in China through analyzing its status home. Aiming at that,corresponding countermeasures are suggested for developing technology of fresh maintaining and refrigerated-transport in China . |
