| 摘 要： | 质量管理体系要求首先重视人力资源的能力管理。笔者依据瑞典标准SS624070：2002《能力管理体系-要求Competence management systems—Requirements》,阐述了关于能力管理的一些基本概念以及企业能力管理体系建立和运作的步骤、内容和要求。

| Abstract: | It requires that in the Quality Management System, we should focus on the competence management of human first. According to the standardization SS 624070：2002《Competence management systems- Requirements》, the author showed some basic concepts about the competence management as well as how to establish and run the Corporation Competence Management System in this paper. |
