| 摘 要： | 本文从外资银行在我国的经营现状入手,分析现阶段我国银行监管机构在外资银行监管制度、监管力量和监管方式等方面存在的问题和不足。在外资银行充分开放情况下,着力培养一支适应新形势的金融监管队伍,对外资银行实施风险监管,加强银行监管的现代化、知识化建设是必然选择。
