| 摘 要： | 分散经营的农业如何走向市场，解决农业比较效益低的问题，产业化运作的组织形式是至关重要的。农业产业准一体化经营是目前最为有效的组织形式；合作制是又快又好地发展农业产业一体化经营的主要途径；准一体化经营必须创新企业与农民利益联结机制。

| Abstract: | Quasi-integration in agriculture is the key to resolve the problems of agriculture walking up to markets, of too low comparative efficiency and of making agriculture from simplicity raw materials to full industrial system. Collaboration is the important approach to develop quasi-integration in agriculture. In order to facilitate the quasi-integration in agriculture, it is needed to innovation mechanism on interests coupling between corporate and farmers. |
