| Abstract: | After comparing and analyzing the scales, efficiency, quality, characteristics and administrative levels run by colleges and universities, the authors think appropriate scales, striving for efficiency, improving quality, stressing characteristics, and promoting administrative levels will be the only way for higher education of China in the next period to implement the view of scientific development and to guarantee the operation of high quality. |
