城市集聚、金融外部性与地区工资差距的关系研究——以我国长三角城市圈为例

本文在KFV(Krugman-Fujita-Venables)理论模型的基础上,理清金融外部性对城市工资的影响机制,对城市间的工资差距进行解释,并采用我国长三角地级及以上城市2000-2010年的面板数据,对城市集聚对城市工资的影响进行实证分析。研究结果表明:在城市集聚过程中,金融外部性对城市平均工资水平影响显著,是影响城市工资差距的重要因素。同时,城市工资差距与城市人力资本、出口贸易、固定资产投资及第三产业比重等因素有关。此外,研究还显示我国目前的城市化和城市集聚度不足,在未来城市化推进过程中,城市间差距或将成为继城乡差距后的又一个突出问题,这一点应引起警觉。

Relations between Urban Agglomeration,Pecuniary Externalities and Regional Wage Gap:A Case Study of Yangtze River Delta Cluster

Based on the Krugman-Fujita-Venables(KFV) model,this paper elaborates on the influencing mechanism of pecuniary externalities on urban wage and seeks causes to salary gaps between cities.An empirical analysis is also carried out using panel data of 25 prefecture-level cities of Yangtze River Delta in 2000-2010.The results show that with the deepening of urban agglomeration,pecuniary externalities are in a significant positive correlation with urban wage,verifying pecuniary externalities as a major influencing factor of urban wage gap.Meanwhile,urban wage gap is subject to factors including city human capital,export,fixed asset investment and the proportion of the tertiary industry.Additionally,this research also suggests China's insufficiency in urbanization and urban agglomeration,warning that in future urbanization processes,inter-urban wage gap may turn out to be another prominent problem after the previous urban-rural income gap.
