中国的地区经济结构与平衡发展

本文实证分析了中国东部、中部和西部三个经济区的经济结构对经济的影响，说明东部、中部、西部经济区存在明显的经济结构差异，文中指出东部地区要强调第三产业的发展，特别是商业和金融性的第三产业发展；而在中部地区要强调第二产业的发展，特别是工业化发展；在西部地区要强调第三产业的发展，特别是与生态环境保护、旅游、文化和科技，以及军事相关的第三产业的发展。并且这样的经济结构调整还必须配套性地从西部经济区向东部、中部经济区进行有计划或有规划的劳动力转移。

Local Economic Structure and Balance Development in Chinese Economy

This paper empirically analyzes the effects of Chinese local economic structure on local economy, it points out that there exists explicit differentiations of local economic structure. In the east economic area, the economic structure expresses the characteristics of lower market economic structure; in the mid economic area, the economic structure expresses the characteristics of nonindustrial economic structure; in the west economic area, the economic structure expresses the characteristics of agricultural economic structure. According to these differentiations, we suggest that the strategy of the balance development of local economy in China is to give emphasis to development of mix economy and individual economy in these economic areas, and to development of third industry in east and west economic areas and second industry in mid economic area.
