| 摘 要： | 网络组织的高效运作依赖于信任机制作用的发挥，谋算型信任是中国高技术企业集群信任治理的主要表现形式。利用不完全信息重复博弈模型，在分析不同条件下集群内企业博弈策略选择的基础上，探讨企业间合作关系形成的约束条件，并从制约信任机制作用发挥的因素出发，提出提升中国高技术企业集群竞争力的建议：

| Abstract: | At present, the effective operation of network system need give full scope to trust mechanism and the calculated trust is a major expression form.The paper probes into different tactics of enterprises in the industrial cluster by game thoery of non-full infromation disclosure. Furthermore, on the basis of above-mentioned analysis, some suggestion are given on how to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters through regulating restrain functions of enterprise cooperation each other. |
