摘    要:恒压供水系统或PID调节技术已经成为了企业生产和人们生活中不可缺少的一部分,因此其相关的知识学习尤为重要。为此设计一套教学用供水系统。首先,分析和比较国内外恒压供水系统的发展和特点,进而结合国内城市的供水现状,重点进行恒压供水教学实验系统的设计,详细介绍了系统的操作电路、组态界面、系统功能。设计以变频调速技术为基础,并可通过网络监控。系统综合运用了电气控制技术、自动控制技术、变频调速技术以及远程监控技术,对于培养学生的独立思考能力、学习能力和动手能力有极大的促进作用。

Abstract:Constant pressure Water Supply System, or PID control technology has become the people's production and an indispensable part of life, so it is important to learn the relevant knowledge. For this a teaching supply system was designed. First, it elaborated the development and characteristics of the analysis and comparison of domestic and international pressure water supply system, and then combined with the status of domestic urban water supply. Constant pressure Water supply teaching system is discussed as the focus. Three parts are discussed in detail, including the operating circuit, system configuration interface and the system functions. The design is based on frequency conversion technology, and contains network monitoring function. A variety of techniques are used in this system, such as Electrical control technology, automatic control technology, frequency conversion technology and remote monitoring technology, etc. It can greatly promot students' independent thinking, learning ability and operating skill.
