| 摘 要： | 随着《国务院办公厅关于进一步加强煤矿安全生产工作的意见》国办发〔2013〕99号文件的颁布,煤矿安全生产课题再次被提到一个新的高度。煤矿安全工作有赖于安全文化逐步开展,为进一步落实贯彻我党关于煤矿安全生产的指示精神,切实加强煤矿安全生产工作,本文将结合煤炭企业生产特点,对企业安全文化建设展开讨论。

| Abstract: | With the promulgation of SCS 2013] Document No. 99, ＂the State Council on Further Strengthening the Coal Mine Production Safety Advice＂, the coal mine safety production issues are referred to a new level again. Coal mine safety relies on the gradual development of safety culture. To further implement our Party＇s directives spirit about the coal mine safety production and strengthen coal mine production safety work, this paper will discuss the enterprises safety culture construction combined with the production characteristics of coal enterprises. |
