| 摘 要： | 作为发展滞后的少数民族地区和农业省区，新疆现代农业发展水平尚处在起步阶段，和发达地区存在较大的差距。利用科学的评价指标体系对新疆现代农业发展及其影响因素进行实证分析有助于地方政府优化现代农业公共投资的优先顺序，充分利用国家惠农政策发展现代农业。

| Abstract: | As the backward minority areas and agricultural provinces, autonomous regions, there is a big gap between Xinjiang and developed areas. The level of development of modem agriculture in Xinjiang still in the initial stage, the use of science and the evaluation index system of modern agrieuhural development in Xinjiang and its empirical analysis of factors affecting the optimization of modem agriculture will help local governments prioritize public investment, make full use of national agricuhural policies benefit the development of modern agriculture. |
