| 摘 要： | 提出了煤矿安全风险评估与预警理论,以理清煤矿生产事故发生的系统状况和事故源,提出并建立煤矿安全生产预警的程序与行动路线,为煤矿安全生产提供具有可执行性的行动方案和理论依据,最后指出了煤矿安全预警管理存在的问题和研究的方向。

| Abstract: | The paper presents safety risk assessment theory and pre-warning management of coal mine safety. Through clarifying the situation and accident sources, the procedures of pre -warning theory of coal mine are proposed so as to provide a theoretical basis for coal production safety, finally the paper points out the problems existed in safety management of coal mine and the directions for further study. |
