摘    要:
文章以《闲情偶寄·饮馔》为主要依据,阐述了李渔于饮食之美的四大原则:蔬食为上,肉食次之;独味烹制,少加调料;文明饮食,最忌“虐生”;反对“虐生”,却不忌生。文章对其饮食观的现实意义作了简要评析。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of Random Thoughts on Food, this paper elaborates on the four major principles advocated by Li Yu of healthy diet: vegetable is superior to meat, food should be cooked with few condiments, maltreating and eating animals alive is not permitted though eating the meat is permissible. LI Yu's idea of healthy diet is of practical significance today.
