| 摘 要： | 法律经济学是将经济学的理论和方法应用于法律制度分析的学科。经过近40年的发展,通过对财产法、合同法、侵权法、刑法、反垄断法和诉讼法的经济分析,法律经济学研究取得了丰硕成果,初步形成了财产法、合同法、侵权法、犯罪和惩罚、反垄断法和司法程序的经济理论。
