| 摘 要： | 京津冀协同发展有利于推动区域内大中小城市和小城镇协调互动发展,打造梯度有序、分工明确、优势互补的城镇体系,推动区域产业优化布局和人口均衡分布,实现城镇人口、资源与环境协调可持续发展。北京治理"大城市病"要通过产业疏解和功能疏解带动人口向外疏解;河北要合理承接首都产业和功能,淘汰污染产能,通过协同发展推进新型城镇化和工业化。

| Abstract: | The synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is propitious to coordinated and interactive development among megaeities and medium and small cities of the region, building an urban system with well-organized gradient, explicit division and complementary advantages. It will optimize the regional industry layout and population distribution, and realize sustainable development of the regional population, resource and environment. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to aeeelerate the process of new urbanization and industrialization by synergistie development. Beijing has to distribute population by decentralizing industries and urban function so as to govem the ＂big city disease＂ ; Hebei shall undertake the industries and function of the capital reasonably, and obsolete the polluting produetion. |
