基于CAN总线的杂物梯控制系统设计

摘    要:针对杂物梯控制中分布式、实时性和模块化的需求,将基于SJA1000的PeliCAN协议应用到杂物梯控制系统中,采用模块化设计进行主控制器和楼层控制器的软硬件设计。实际运行表明,主控制器可以和各楼层控制器进行点对点通信,也可以对所有的楼层控制器进行全局广播通信,主站可以实时监测各从站的的运行状态,真正实现了分布式控制,提高了系统的可靠性。

Abstract:In view of the demand of distribution,real-time property and modularization,the PeliCAN protocol of SJA1000 is used in a power dumbwaiter control system.Modularization is adopted in the design of hardware and software for its main controller and cabinet controller.The main controller could communicate with the cabinet controller by point to point or global broadcasting.The master station could monitor the operation state of slave station in real time.The actual result showed that this kind of designing manner could enable the system to implement its distributed control and raise the reliability of the system.
