| 摘 要： | 由于批发市场对信息链、资金链的阻断,以批发市场为核心的水产品流通体制下的水产品供应链是一条低效率的断裂链或局部短链。笔者认为,解决这一问题最有效的办法是培育核心企业,替代目前批发市场的核心地位。基于核心企业的水产品供应链管理,能以最小的成本为顾客提供最大的价值,并获得共赢的效果。

| Abstract: | By reason of the wholesale market stops the information chain and fund chain,under the circulation system of aquatic product,of which the wholesale market is the core,the supply chain of aquatic product is a low efficiency break chain or the partial short chain.The author believed that,the most effective way to solves this question is cultivates the core enterprise instead of the wholesale market's core place at present.Can provide the greatest value to customer in the lowest cost based on the core enterprise's supply chain management of aquatic product,and can obtain the effect of altogether wins. |
