关于厉以宁新基尼系数理论的思考

厉以宁教授提出了一个新基尼系数理论，即将城乡的基尼系数分开计算，再加权平均，厉教授由此指出我国目前并不存在贫富分化，甚至还应进一步扩大贫富差距。笔者指出我国的各个区域不是封闭的，人们会通过各种形式的交流，了解和感受到各区域间的差距，形成心理落差，从而造成社会的不稳定，指出我们应该承认并不断缩小贫富差距。
