| 摘 要： | 文章分析了砼泵易磨损件的磨料磨损的失效机理和类型,介绍了耐磨堆焊技术的工艺方法及其在砼泵易磨损件上的应用。耐磨堆焊技术可以大幅度提高砼泵切割环和眼镜板的抗磨损性能,从而提高其使用寿命。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the failure mechanisms and types of abrasion wear of concrete pump vul-nerable components,and introduces the wear-resisting welding technique method and its’ application to concrete pump.Hard facing technology can greatly improve the antiwear ability of concrete pump’s eye plate and cutting loops,thereby enhance its service life. |
