| 摘 要： | 本次农产品涨价呈现出幅度大、品种集中、时间长等特点.涨价发端于猪肉等部分农产品局部的供需缺口,整体涨价能量来自于经济高增长和货币溢出效应,生产成本和比较收益的变化是涨价的根源.而国际市场行情及国际上的投机行为加剧了涨价过程.研究认为,随着补栏生猪投放市场,份格将逐渐回归理性.当前,我们需要着重考虑如何吸取本次涨价的经验教训,构建稳定、安全的农产品生产保障体系.建议从政策上支持增加主要农产品供给,构建有利于稳定增加农产品供给的公共服务体系;继续加强宏观调控,控制流动性过剩;全面评估大豆、植物油产业状况;尽快制定适合我国的生物能源与农业生产协调发展战略.
