建立和完善农民工社会保障的思考

在科学发展观下努力建设社会主义和谐社会的今天,农民工群体日益成为我国劳动力市场的一大生力军,一个发展国民经济不可或缺的部分,但农民工群体存在的问题特别是社会保障问题很不尽人意,农民工社会保障备受社会关注。正视问题并分析积极探讨解决对策势在必行。本文从我国农民工社会保障问题入手,通过对我国农民工社会保障的现状分析,提出一些建设性对策。

Establish and Improve A Social Security of Migrant Workers

The scientific development concept in their efforts to build a harmonious socialist society today, China's migrant workers groups have increasingly become a more and more force in the labor market, an inte- gral part of national economic development, however, there are groups of migrant workers, especially the social security problem is unsatisfactory. Social Security to pay more attention to migrant workers, solutions to ad- dress the problem is imperative to actively explore and analyze. Based on our social security problems for migrant workers, through analysis of the current situation of China's migrant workers made some constructive social security measures.
