| 摘 要： | 湿地是介于陆地和水域自然生态系统间的过渡地带,是地球自然生态系统的重要组成部分,湿地生态系统具有极高的生态价值和科研价值,湿地生态补偿是保护湿地资源的有效途径。本研究依据湿地生态补偿相关理论,分析湿地生态补偿典型案例的,提出针对性的建议:确定湿地资源权属,出台湿地生态补偿法律法规及建立合理的湿地生态补偿模式。

| Abstract: | Wetlands are transition zone between terrestrial and aquatic ecological systems.Wetland an important component of the Earth's natural ecosystems.Wetland ecosystem has a very high ecological value and scientific value of the wetland eco-compensation.And it is an effective way to protect the wetland resources.In this paper,we studied the theories related to the wetland eco-compensation,analyzed typical cases of wetland ecological compensation,and offered a specific proposal:The government must determine the ownerships of wetland resources,publish wetland eco-compensation laws and regulations,establish a rational model of the wetland ecological compensation. |
