企业知识管理中的知识创新循环改进机制

摘    要:知识经济背景下,能否有效实施知识创新成为企业能否赢得生存与发展的关键所在。切实提升知识创新能力是企业开展知识管理的主要目标与重要内容,也是知识经济背景下企业重塑其核心竞争力的基础保障。改变孤立研究"知识创新"单一节点的传统思路,基于知识管理的崭新理念提出系统化的知识创新观,分析建立企业知识创新循环改进机制的意义及其思路,进而深入探讨了建立企业知识创新循环改进机制的方法路线以及相应的技术策略,以期建立长效稳健的企业知识创新循环改进机制。

Abstract:In the knowledge economy, it’s the key to determine enterprise’s survival and development that knowledge innovation is effectively put in practice in the corporation. Factually improving the competence of knowledge innovation, the central cause and important matter of enterprise knowledge management actualization, is the basic safeguard for the organization to rebuild its core competence in the knowledge economy. In this paper, a new sort of thought that turns the traditional knowledge innovation study strategy, which solely discusses the node of knowledge innovation, to the new research approach, which synthetically analyzes all nodes of knowledge innovating value chain, related to knowledge innovation. Thus, circular improving mechanism of knowledge innovation is apparently essential and necessary. And then, the achieving ways and means are widely and deeply conceived and discussed. Simultaneously, some corresponding technical strategies are also brought forward and analyzed. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process, specially be beneficial to improve knowledge innovating performance.
