| Abstract: | After entering the WTO,the foreign banks have experienced a quick development in Guangdong market.It's institution number and assets scale increased step by step.The development of foreign banks in Guangdong brought about a great challenge and competition for local banks' business,customers and personnel.The local banks must take various measures in order to compete with foreign banks. |
