摘    要:随着我国工业化进程的加快,有色金属消费快速增长,其资源化循环利用已经成为社会普遍关注的问题。矿产资源的综合利用,特别是"二次资源"的综合利用,能够有效缓解资源紧缺,减少污染,保护生态环境,是实现低碳经济、可持续发展的关键,也是提高我国二次资源综合利用水平,促进我国有色金属工业又好又快发展的基本要求。阐述了多种熔炼技术在有色金属二次资源化方面的研发和工业化应用成果,肯定了其在二次资源循环利用中的重要作用。

Abstract:With the acceleration of industrialization process and rapid growth of nonferrous metals consumption, resource recycling has become an issue of public concern. The comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, especially the secondary resource, can alleviate resource shortage effectively, reduce pollution, preserve the ecological enviromnent and is the key to achieving a low-carbon economy and sustainable development, basic requirements of improving the level of secondary resource utilization and promoting sound and rapid development of China's nonferrous metals industry. This paper summarizes the research and industrial application results of advanced smelting tectmology and affirms its important role on the secondary resource recycling.
