| Abstract: | With the background of ports development in Shenzhen and offshore banking in Shenzhen Development Bank, this article analyzed the evidences and necessities of expanding offshore banking businesses in order to facilitate harbor industry, and put forward some proposals and suggestions on boosting offshore banking business and supporting harbor industry. |
